Pay for the services your business operates.
Pick a service, then the plan that fits it. Software-only and any payments-included terms are shown separately, and add-ons stay explicit, so you can understand the bill before committing.
Pick your business. Then pick your plan.
Your plan covers the software for the business you run, priced by what you operate — per location, per room or per court. Some plans include an allowance and a published overage. Software-only pricing has no platform percentage; where offered, payments-included pricing lowers the subscription in exchange for a disclosed share of payments processed through ServicesGrid. Optional add-ons stay explicit.
Choose your business type
Retail, restaurant, gym, courts, accommodation — the plan you buy is built for how that business runs.
Choose a plan
Each business type has its own plan ladder. Moving up unlocks the advanced operations, reporting, permissions, integrations and enterprise controls shown in that plan.
Grow without renegotiating
Opening a location, adding a room or a court is a predictable line on your bill — allowances and rates are published up front, not quoted on request.

Software-only plans have no ServicesGrid percentage fee. A payments-included option applies only when it is shown on the selected plan and only to payments processed through ServicesGrid. Payment-provider processing fees remain separate.
Running more than one service?
A hotel with a restaurant and gym, a club with courts and a pool — ServicesGrid runs them as one account with a workspace per service. Each service bills its own plan, so the result is a single bill with a clear line per service. When the current platform policy qualifies the selected services, the server preview shows a multi-service saving on eligible base lines before signup.
